Job Context

Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing plans and strategies to drive sales growth.
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date with industry trends and competition.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional campaigns across various channels.
- Identify and target new customer segments and markets.
- Maintain and build strong relationships with existing customers.
- Manage sales activities, including lead generation, prospecting, and closing deals.
- Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
- Develop and manage budgets for marketing and sales activities.
- Monitor customer satisfaction levels and implement initiatives to improve customer experience.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in marketing and sales techniques and technologies.
- Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the marketing and sales team.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve company goals.

- Bachelor or equivalent degree in relevant field from any reputed university
Experience Requirements
- At least 4 year(s)

- Ability to handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
- Mastery in Bengali and English to communicate effectively across the organization

- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
- Ability to organize multiple tasks and priorities.
- Ability to work effectively within a team Control & Monitoring Skills.
- Adept at MS PowerPoint & MS Excel
