- A renowned Fintech company engaged with consumer computer programs and other technology used to support or enable banking , ATM Booth and financial services in Bangladesh is seeking applications from qualified and eligible candidates to fulfill the following position
Job Responsibilities
- Introduce & implement HR policy and procedures.
- Review pay scale and update as per need of business.
- Lead and oversee the overall HR & Admin functions in the organization.
- Monitor the overall leave administration & management.
- Update & preserve the different policies and make /explain guidelines/instructions to practice/maintain these policies.
- Any other task assigned by Top management from time to time.

Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
- Public/private university graduate (tier 1) A degree in HR discipline
Experience Requirements
- 3 to 6 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
HR Operations
Additional Requirements
- Age 28 to 45 years
- Both males and females are allowed to apply
- Experience in mid level HR position in banks/financial
- institutions.
