Job Context
- Shaathi Bangladesh Ltd., a social enterprise specialising in the manufacture of reusable sanitary napkins is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Operation and Field Officer experienced in the field of Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR) to support the implementation of our programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our programs meet the highest standards in terms of quality, effectiveness and impact. They will work closely with our field staff, partners, and stakeholders to ensure that our programs are implemented successfully and achieve their objectives.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to our programs
- Develop and implement strategies to ensure the successful implementation of our programs
- Work closely with our field staff, partners, and stakeholders to ensure that our programs are implemented effectively and efficiently
- Conduct regular monitoring and evaluation activities to track program progress and impact
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the field of Sexual and Reproductive Health Rights
- Prepare regular reports on program activities, progress, and impact
- Contribute to the development of new program initiatives and proposals
- Participate in relevant meetings, workshops and events

Educational Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Public Health, International Development, or related fields)
Experience Requirements
- At least 2 year(s)
Additional Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in program management, implementation, and monitoring and
- evaluation, preferably in the field of Sexual and Reproductive Health Rights
- Knowledge and understanding of SRHR issues, policies, and frameworks
- Experience working with NGOs, government agencies, and/or international organizations
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to work effectively in a multi-cultural
- environment
- Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software
