Job Context

We are one of the largest 100% export oriented Knit Garments Manufacturer, looking for a highly potential professional as a Executive Director (Sales & Marketing).

Job Responsibilities

Developing and implementing the marketing and merchandising strategy for the factory to maximize sales and profitability.
Market research to identify customer needs, preferences, and trends.
Developing and managing the factory's product portfolio, including selection, pricing, and promotion of products.
Establishing and maintaining relationships with key customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
Developing and managing the marketing and merchandising budget, ensuring that resources are used effectively and efficiently.
Coordinating with production and quality control to ensure the customer needs and expectations.
Leadership and direction to the marketing and merchandising team, ensuring their motivation and productivity.
Skill in costing, marketing planning, and having technical knowledge of products.
Experience in handling large buyers. This includes managing relationships with buyers, negotiating pricing, terms & conditions, and ensuring the timely delivery of products.
Strong leadership skills to manage the marketing team, goal setting, customer feedback and coaching for skill development of the team.
Strong networking skills to build relationships with new buyers.
Follow up for on-time shipment from order inquiry to shipment, Inventory and Supply chain planning and ensure the merchandisers are updating the order status, as well as to the customers.
