Arunima Group Need General Manager (Washing Plant)

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for 10 TO 15 % Marketing,
• Production, Quality and Delivery of Washing.
• Responsible to bulk washes, Garment Washing, Finishing, Coordination and Sampling.
• Co-ordination with merchandiser accordingly booking washing Dry & wet capacity plan.
• Responsible for a department where all Type of wash issue need to solve for Denim and non-denim Product.
• Production follow up with washing Plant as per target. Also on the spot decision making
• Ensuring maximum efficiency of all machines, optimum production, on-time delivery of goods, and standard quality.
• Prepare and monitor monthly achieve company goals.
• Ensure product safety and quality.
• Ensure and maintain safe, clean and organized floor.
• Research & Development for all wash processes for the sample.
• Manage and sustain a full functional Effluent Treatment Plant.
• Analyze, control and reduce cost and wastage.
• Maintain operational guidelines, procedures and practices.
• Manage, monitor and improve operational performance through process improvement, worker training, and technology upgrade.
• Manage work in progress costing, quality and tracking.
